In brief, you should know the following about us: our company was established in
2011 and the intention of The Travelling Latke is to pay homage to our
Jewish heritage. It is a testament to the journey of Jews throughout the world,
where we have travelled and ultimately settled.The format of the book is colour
photographs and handwritten recipes from around the globe. The book will be
distributed to Jewish centres of the world. It will be interlinked with
religious festival food as well as everyday kosher cooking.
